Plaintiff Microsoft has sued defendant Andrey Sabelnikov* associated with the Internet Protocol addresses and Internet domains listed in the documents below. Microsoft alleges that Defendant has violated Federal and state law by creating and/or operating a computer botnet through two (2) IP addresses and twenty one (21) Internet domains, causing unlawful intrusion and dissemination of unsolicited bulk email to the injury of Microsoft. Microsoft seeks a preliminary injunction directing that these IP addresses and domains be locked and disabled. Microsoft seeks a permanent injunction and damages.
